Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Sierra Pacific Insurance Services website and online quote request tools.

Last updated August 7, 2026

Important: This website helps you request information and begin the insurance quoting process. Submitting a form does not create, bind, change, renew, or guarantee insurance coverage.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sierra Pacific Insurance Services, Inc. (“Sierra Pacific,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using sierrapacificagency.com, its pages, forms, and related online services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.

2. Website purpose and general information

The Site provides general information about Sierra Pacific, insurance products, towing-industry risks, and related services. Site content is educational and informational only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, safety, or risk-management advice, and it is not a complete description of any insurance policy.

Insurance products, terms, limits, exclusions, availability, eligibility, and pricing vary by insurer, jurisdiction, underwriting requirements, and the facts of each risk. Any policy issued to you will be governed solely by its declarations, forms, endorsements, exclusions, and applicable law. If Site content differs from an issued policy, the policy controls.

3. Quote requests and insurance coverage

Submitting information through the Site is a request for assistance with an insurance quote. It is not an application accepted by an insurer, an offer of insurance, or a guarantee that a quote or policy will be available.

  • No insurance coverage is bound, effective, renewed, modified, or canceled through the Site alone.
  • Coverage becomes effective only when confirmed in writing by an authorized insurance representative, all required conditions have been satisfied, and any required premium has been received.
  • Do not rely on a form submission, automated message, email receipt, or website statement as proof of coverage.
  • Do not use the Site to report a claim, request emergency assistance, or provide time-sensitive instructions concerning an existing policy. Contact your Sierra Pacific representative or the insurer using the contact information in your policy documents.

4. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for reviewing information before submitting it and promptly correcting material changes or errors. Quotes and underwriting decisions may depend on the information you provide, including information about your business, vehicles, drivers, operations, insurance history, and losses.

You represent that you have the right and authority to provide any personal information, documents, or business records you submit, including information concerning employees, drivers, owners, or other individuals.

5. Electronic communications, calls, and text messages

When you submit a quote request or contact us, you authorize Sierra Pacific and its representatives to respond about your request by telephone, email, or text message using the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing calls or text messages is separate and is not a condition of purchasing insurance. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, message frequency may vary. You may reply STOP to stop marketing texts or HELP for assistance. An opt-out request will not prevent communications that are necessary to respond to an active request, service an existing relationship, or comply with law, where permitted.

You agree that electronic records, notices, and signatures may satisfy legal requirements for written communications, subject to applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • submit false, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading information;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or data;
  • introduce malicious code, interfere with Site operation, or bypass security measures;
  • scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission; or
  • use automated systems to overload, probe, or misuse the Site.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Site is being misused.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, designs, videos, downloads, and other content are owned by Sierra Pacific or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Sierra Pacific grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for your own lawful business purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to or use services operated by insurers, technology providers, social networks, or other third parties. Sierra Pacific does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge those practices.

10. Website disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sierra Pacific disclaims all warranties concerning the Site, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sierra Pacific and its officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your rights under applicable insurance laws and any issued insurance policy are not limited by this section.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sierra Pacific and its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were most recently revised. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Sierra Pacific regarding use of the Site, except for separate agreements that apply to insurance services or policies.
